1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the kz8 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of kz8, including visitors, registered players, and any individual who accesses the platform from any device or connection.

kz8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.2 Verification: kz8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by kz8 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on kz8. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your kz8 account and to promptly update any such information if it changes. kz8 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kz8 username and password. You agree to notify kz8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. kz8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Account Transfers: kz8 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account, your account balance, or any bonuses to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods: kz8 currently supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. kz8 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any payment method at any time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your kz8 account dashboard at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by kz8 on business days (Sunday through Thursday, Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Same-day processing is available for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.

4.4 Player Funds: Funds deposited into your kz8 account are held for the sole purpose of placing bets and playing games on the platform. kz8 does not pay interest on deposited funds. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.5 Currency: All transactions on kz8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). kz8 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment provider level is the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.4 Promotional Changes: kz8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of kz8 and do not form part of any ongoing contractual obligation.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules: Each game available on the kz8 platform — including live casino games, slots, Pool Rummy, Mines Grand, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules. These rules are displayed within the game interface or its associated help section. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors: In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, kz8 reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return the stake to the player's account. kz8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults on the part of the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network provider.

7. Sports Betting Terms

7.2 Palpable Errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (including typographical errors or clearly incorrect pricing), kz8 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Winnings derived from palpably incorrect odds will not be paid out.

7.3 Event Cancellations: If a sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, the bet will be settled according to the individual market's rules as displayed at the time the bet was placed. In most cases, cancelled events result in the stake being returned to the player's kz8 account.

7.4 Cricket and BPL: kz8 offers betting markets for international cricket including Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. 12. Account Suspension and Termination

Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied.

12.2 Termination by kz8: kz8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

13. Anti-Money Laundering Policy

15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kz8 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

15.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
